Triathlon Camps (The Winkler Performance Center)
Somerset is nestled in a quiet corner of Carroll County, Tennessee. We are surrounded by miles of country roads that are off the beaten path making them perfect for running and cycling. There is a world class, heated, indoor pool that makes swimming laps feel like a luxury instead of a chore. If open water is your preference (or your vice) just 16 miles down the road is a 1,000 acre lake with minimum boat traffic. Perfect for all the open water swim practice you need. Â
Our facility has been utilized by USAT Triathlon Coach Suzanne Atkinson; Certified Total Immersion Master Coach and founder of SwimEQ Dinah Mistillis;Â Fresh Freestyle Swim Workshops;Â and BPC Performance.
Swim Lessons (Group/Private)
A private, 25 yard, heated, indoor pool is on site to give you easy access to perfect your stroke. Long day of training? There is a connected hot tub to ease those sore muscles.
